Is Lindy Available In Other Languages?

Yes, Lindy is available in 13 different languages.

To switch your transcription model to support languages outside English, please follow these steps:

Click your user icon in the top left corner and access the "Settings"

2. Click "Speech to Text"

3. Click the Speech to Text transcription model that includes your desired language.

4. Please ensure you start your conversations in the language you intend to be transcribed. Lindy detects and transcribes in the language of the first words spoken. If English is spoken first, it will default to transcribing in English for that session.

You also have the option to specify which language you would like the charts to be returned in. Lindy's language flexibility ensures accessibility for diverse users and patient populations.

Can I Use Lindy For Virtual and Telehealth Visits?

Absolutely, Lindy can chart any type of visit, whether it's a telehealth visit, Zoom consultation, or virtual visit.

We recommend recording the audio on a mobile device or a separate browser to ensure both ends of the audio are captured.

Example: Have Lindy recording on Google Chrome while you are hosting your virtual call on Safari (through your telehealth platform)

We have a direct Google Meets and Zoom Call integration for note-taking. This will allow Lindy to record both ends of the audio, while wearing a headset or headphones.

Can I Refer Someone to Lindy?

Absolutely! Lindy provides every user with a custom sign-up link to share with their network, earning cash rewards for each new Lindy user through that link.
