Step 1: Install the Sales Meeting Notetaker Template

To get started, install the Sales Meeting Notetaker Lindy template. This template is designed to automatically capture meeting notes, summarize discussions and update your HubSpot CRM.

Step 2: Connect Your HubSpot Account

To enable Lindy to update contact records, you’ll need to connect your HubSpot account:

In the Flow Editor, open the HubSpot integration settings.

Click Choose Account and follow the authentication process.

Open the Update Contact step.
Map the relevant fields.

You can leave the fields on Auto to let Lindy decide whether to use them. If you have specific instructions, use a prompt to guide the AI.
