Introducing Versioning. Now you can see your version history and restore previous versions of your Lindy.

New AI Models

We added support for Gemini 2.5 Pro, Google's most advanced Gemini model. It's especially good for multimodal understanding, coding, and world knowledge.

We also added support for the new GPT-4.1 family of models, including:

• GPT-4.1 Nano: a fast and cheap model for simple tasks
• GPT-4.1 Mini: a balanced model with a good price/performance ratio
• GPT-4.1: the flagship non-reasoning model with a massive 1M token context window

In partnership with Apify, we added several new scraping tools, including X, Reddit, TripAdvisor, Google Maps, Booking.com, and an Apify tool where you can use any of Apify’s 4000+ scrapers.

• Google Drive Read File — Lindy can now read and answer questions about your Google Drive files
• Google Calendar Event Created — You can now trigger actions based on new Google Calendar events

Step-by-step onboarding

Getting started with a Lindy Template is now even easier. We added a simple form-style onboarding that guides users through step configuration. These are only added to select templates for now, but we are actively working to support this for all of our published templates.

Advanced credit monitoring

You can now view your credit usage by task, making it easy to see where your credits are going.

Custom Meeting Notetaker Avatar

You can now customize how Lindy will appear in your virtual meetings. Check it out in the Record Meeting action. 

Updates to our models

We removed the following AI models:

• Claude Haiku 3.0 - Lindys using this have been upgraded to Claude Haiku 3.5
• Gemini Flash 1.5 - Lindys using this have been upgraded to Gemini Flash 2.0
• Claude Opus 3.0 - Lindys using this have been upgraded to Sonnet 3.7

We also added a fallback model for large context windows. If your action is processing amounts of data that exceed the context window of the model you’re using, It will automatically fall back to Gemini instead of failing. This helps in cases where you need a model that can handle high-context windows, or when there is a major outage and all the top models are unavailable.

5 new integrations

Announcing 5 new integrations to use in your workflows:

• Intercom: Manage all your Intercom contacts, messages, notes, conversations, and more directly from your Lindy workflows.
• Basecamp: Add Basecamp to your Lindy workflows to manage your Basecamp comments, messages, to-do items, and more.
• Pipedrive: Build workflows to create new deals, update deals, add notes, create new organizations and more in Pipedrive
• Front: Manage all your Front messaging and conversation needs directly in your Lindy workflows.
• Pandadoc: Build workflows to create, download, and retrieve your PandaDoc documents

Delete row action

You can now delete rows in Google Sheets using the new Delete Row action. Find a row by lookup value or row number and delete it from your spreadsheet.

Check Availability Google Calendar action

We added a Check Availability action that enables Lindy to review a list of time slots and identify available ones. This feature is useful when using Lindy as a scheduler since it allows Lindy to verify and confirm suggested times from the other person.

UI Improvements

We made a couple of UI improvements:

• You can now rename your Lindy by double-clicking its name in the sidebar.
• Upon upgrade, users can now see the credits of their upcoming plan in the UI, making it easier to track and plan credit usage.

New AI models

We added support for 2 new AI models:

• Claude 3.7 Sonnet, Anthropic's latest and most capable model. It has a 200k context window, can generate up to 64k tokens of output, and is better than Claude 3 Opus for all use cases.

• A preview of GPT 4.5. This is OpenAI’s largest and best model yet. It's extremely expensive though, at 15x the price of GPT4o.

Sending images in Gemini

Lindy now supports sending images to Gemini! You can now share images with your AI agent and get intelligent responses about what's in them. 

You can test this by starting a conversation with your agent and uploading an image - just drag and drop or use the attachment button. Gemini will be able to see and discuss the image you share.

We added support for custom headers and content types in webhook actions, making them more flexible for integrating with external services

Email Notifications

 We released notifications via email! Now you will get notified for:

• Message received from a Lindy
• Lindy action waiting for confirmation
• Lindy errors
• A Lindy needing to re-auth

You’ll also receive a weekly digest email summarizing your Lindy task usage and how much time it has saved you.

You can also manage your notifications in our new notifications settings page.

Phone Call Output References

Lindy Phone calls now support output references, allowing you to use information from phone calls in subsequent actions.

Google Drive File Access

You can now access and upload files from all your Google Drive folders, including shared drives!

Refreshed Login Page

We updated the UI of our login page, as well as our signup and onboarding flow!

New AI models

We added support for more AI models! You can now use Gemini 2.0 Flash, Gemini 1.5 Flash , Gemini 1.5 Pro, and Claude Haiku 3.5 to power your agents. We also released support for o3-mini in beta. Log in to try it out!

Context Management actions

We added more actions to configure context for your Lindies.

Add Context - Adds context for an action or a condition. This is useful for giving your Lindies instructions or information. 

Clear Task Context - Clears the context of the current task. You can also configure this action to summarize the context window so far, so your agent can retain the context but won’t hit context window limits. Useful for when your Lindy just ingested a ton of context — like a webpage — and will only need part of it later.

New Google Docs actions

We've added 2 new actions to supercharge your documentation, proposal, and contract writing Lindies.

Create Document from Template - This action takes a Google Doc with templated text and creates a copy of that document with templated text filled in. 

For example, if the document includes "Hi {{name}}", this action will replace {{name}} with a value you can specify. Helpful for creating contracts from standard language.

Create PDF - This action creates a PDF copy of a Google Doc. It can optionally delete the original version. The PDF document is stored in the user's Google Drive

Update New Row Google Sheets action

If you are using a New Row Added Google Sheets trigger, you can now use our Update New Row Google Sheets Action which allows you to update the values in the row that was just added. 

Deepseek in Perplexity models

We updated the models we use for our Perplexity integration. Sonar Reasoning is now powered by Deepseek R1. Go test it out! 

Partner Portal

We launched our new Partner Program and portal!

The Lindy Partner Program offers two ways to earn: by building custom Lindy solutions for customers or by promoting Lindy through content.

You can now use OpenAI’s O1 model to power your AI agents! This is the best model for complex reasoning tasks and critical decision-making, though it's almost twice as expensive as GPT-4 Turbo.

Undo and Auto-layout

The flow editor just got more powerful! 

Hit Undo to reverse edits made to your graph, and Redo to reapply an edit after it has been undone. You can also keyboard shortcuts: hit Cmd+z to Undo and cmd+shift+z to Redo.

Updates to our Google Integrations

We added 2 new actions to our Google Integrations! 

• With Copy Sheet, Lindy can help you copy a sheet from one spreadsheet to another
• With Copy File, Lindy can help you to copy an entire file to a different location in your Google Drive.

We also added some improvements to speed up our Google Sheets triggers and help customers avoid hitting rate limits. 

CSV Uploads to create tasks

You can now bulk create tasks from CSV uploads! This is helpful if you want to automatically run tasks from a list of users, or a list of emails. 

Simply drag the CSV into the left sidebar of the Task View and watch the magic happen!

Improvements to our Phone Calls feature

You can now select from a variety of voice options for your phone calls. We've also enhanced call performance by reducing latency.

We’ve added Favorites and Recents to the sidebar, so you can jump straight into the Lindies you use most. No more hunting around!

My Lindies

You can organize Lindies into folders, sort them however you like, and get a quick overview of recent runs in the My Lindies page. Everything’s neatly in one place, making it easier to stay organized and keep things running smoothly.

Lindy Toggle

Easily enable or disable any Lindy with a single click. Beta users love this feature for making quick edits or temporarily pausing workflows.

Custom Labels

We've also added a way to rename any step so you can quickly remember what your Lindy is doing at a glance.

Testing: Faster feedback, smoother iterations

We’re excited to introduce Testing: a faster, easier way to refine your Lindies. 

Click Test in the top right to open a new side-by-side view of your graph and thread, letting you run and tweak your Lindy in one place. 

Lindy-level settings: Set context across every step

Each step in Lindy can be configured individually, but sometimes you want a broader set of rules, or for your Lindy to have a broader awareness of exactly why she does what she does, which we’ve found makes a big difference in quality and reliability.

It’s like giving your Lindy the ‘big picture,’ similar to giving an overall goal to an employee. These settings provide more context to guide your Lindy’s decisions.

You can configure:

• Context: Provide essential background information for Lindy to keep in mind at all times
• Memories: Control what your Lindy remembers across sessions‍
• Default Model: Your preferred AI model across all steps‍
• Safe Mode: Keep a human in the loop by requiring approval before Lindy performs sensitive actions

• Added Telegram Message Received trigger & Send Message action
• Added Gmail Search Emails action (supports max results and return email snippet fields for cost savings)

Lindy on Rails

Today, we’re releasing a major new version of Lindy — Lindy 2.0.

Lindy 2.0 introduces a “flow editor” making your Lindies much more reliable while maintaining flexibility and AI capabilities. Think of it as an AI-powered flowchart editor. You can learn more in this 1:30 video:

We’ve been building this new major version for a long time and the reception has been incredible — beta testers have been able to create Lindies that are both significantly more advanced and much more reliable.

Dynamic workflows with trigger & action data

Lindy 2.0 lets you reference data from previous steps in subsequent ones.

In the example below, Lindy creates a Linear ticket based on the Slack message it was just triggered by. This workflow has saved our engineering team a ton of time already!

Multi-account support

You can now use several accounts across all our integrations — handy if you want Lindy to triage your emails across multiple inboxes. Simply hit Add account in the account selection dropdown to try it out.

WhatsApp, Airtable and Google Sheets Integrations

Lindy can now receive and send WhatsApp Business messages. Beta users have used Lindy to automate everything from customer support tickets to sales inquiries. Get started by adding our new WhatsApp trigger and actions, and following our detailed setup guide here.

We’ve also made significant improvements to the stability of our Airtable and Google Sheets integrations. You can now specify which Base, Table, or Sheet you want to modify, giving you greater control and precision over your data management tasks.

Sticky Notes

For annotating your Lindies, we’ve also added Sticky Notes. Simply right click anywhere in the flow editor to create a sticky. These notes also support markdown and HTML!

GPT-4o mini & Claude 3.5 Sonnet Support

You can use any of the new OpenAI and Anthropic models. We recommend experimenting between different models to find the right balance between power and cost-efficiency for your use cases.

Welcome to our first product changelog! We'll be sharing recurring updates on exciting new features and improvements to Lindy. We have two big features to announce today.

Meeting Recording

Lindy can now join your Google Meet and Zoom meetings to record and transcribe them seamlessly. After the meeting, you'll receive the full recording along with a diarized transcription, making it easier than ever to revisit and share meeting details.

Internally, we’ve been using it to circulate meeting summaries and action items! Try it out here.

To set up your own workflow:

1. Add an On Calendar Event Start trigger to your Lindy:

3. Edit the Guidelines of your Lindy to define what you want done with the transcript. In this example, I’m using Lindy to create a concise summary of the meeting:

4. Now you’re all set up! Lindy will join your meetings and start recording when a new meeting begins. Participants will see this screen indicating that Lindy is recording:

After the meeting, Lindy will follow up with the video, transcript, and the output defined in the Guidelines.
